​"After discovering cleaning to be therapeutic and beneficial to my own mental health, I became inspired to develop my cleaning skills further and completed professional training. I combined my new passion and skills with my existing knowledge of the construction industry and began a new business venture. 

 

I launched Gemini Contract Cleaning Services in 2020 and after successfully securing my first contracts I spent two years working hard out on sites.  During that time I was able to learn about the expectation and requirements of construction cleaning, develop further my professional commercial standard cleaning skills and learned what products and tools delivered the best results.

With my enthusiasm and tenacious determination my family-run business has grown rapidly.  Together my professional and dedicated team and I have secured a vast range of contracts across Devon and Cornwall with a proven record of delivering high standards of service.  We have become nationally recognised industry leaders and in 2023 and 2024 we proudly won the award for Best Cleaning Construction Company in the UK and aspire to be winners again in 2025 and beyond! 

 

 My ambition is to continue to grow the company and what services we offer, alongside maintaining loyal partnerships and be a valued employer who cares about their employees. I am also wanting to share my experience and knowledge and presently developing and getting ready to launch my own contract cleaning training programs. The courses will teach high standards of contract cleaning services whilst also embodying mental health awareness. 

 

 It is important to me to balance business and family life and I love spending time with my husband, our 3 wonderful children and our lovable Labrador Daisy. We enjoy bike riding and exploring the countryside and beaches as well taking family holidays and travelling around the UK supporting our son's gymnastics career.
